Worst Film of 2021: SAS Red Notice (2021) – A Quick Capsule Review

Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
Oh dear.  Former SAS hero Andy McNab probably needs a bit more quality control in the media he puts his name alongside because this low budget televisual feeling Sky Movies Original is certainly not a worthy addition into his cannon.  Its certainly not helped by the casting – whilst Tom Wilkinson and Andy Serkis act their hearts out – Sam Heughan (trying to put his name in the hat here for Bond) & Ruby Rose just fail to show any depth, unable to elevate their performances beyond the first draft script they are saddled with.  The stunt work is a highlight but overall this is a huge let down considering some of the other talent involved.

Best Bit: Good stunts work.
