A Quiet Place (2018) – A Quick Capsule Review

Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
A Quiet Place is one of the most tense films I have seen in a very long time.  Such a simple premise (creatures attracted to noise stalk the area that a family reside in) enables the filmmakers to really explore the films and ideas. Every scene is filled to the brim with tension.  My heart was pounding throughout the film as it jumped from one set piece to the next with some very unexpected moments along the way.  This is a MUST watch in a cinema if you can or at least in a house with the windows closed, the blinds drawn and the kids in bed.  Highly recommended.

Best Bit: The nail
