Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
Unfriended: Dark Web is another strong entry into the ‘desktop’ found footage sub genre that’s arrived over the past few years. And yup it’s another Blumhouse production. Taking more of a ‘real world’ concept that the previous Unfriended movie, Dark Web is well made and does the best with its limiting format. I question just how many more of these films we can watch before they get a bit ho-hum but for now Unfriended: Dark Web is well worth your time.
Best Bit: Great use of the format
