Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
3 From Hell is a bit of a slog. It’s more of the same (well maybe at times less) from Rob Zombie who returns to the well once too often after the far superior House Of A 1000 Corpses and The Devils Rejects. Zombie as a director can be hit and miss and this is very much the later. Richard Brake is the only one of the cast to really deliver (Sheri Moon Zombie delivers more of the same with few levels) and by the time the film get’s to its predictably bloody conclusion I just didn’t care. It all feels pretty low budget and low key which is a shame as when he’s on fire, Zombie is at least good fun.
Best Bit: Sig Haig’s last ride
