The Croods: A New Age (2021) – A Quick Capsule Review

Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
The Croods: A New Age is a fun belated sequel to a equally fun (if totally forgettable) original 2013 film that seems the dysfunctional prehistoric family searching for a safer habitat, eventually stumbling over an idyllic, walled-in paradise.  A great voice cast always helps elevate the material and hear you have some top notch A-listers including Emma Stone, Nicolas Cage, Ryan Reynolds, Peter Dinklage and many more.  Okay so the originality has gone and this is becoming pretty well trodden ground, BUT the The Croods: A New Age does enough to keep you entertained across its runtime.

Best Bit: Great voice cast – Cage is especially a stand out
