Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri is a brilliant film. It’s funny, heart breaking and brutal. It paints in shades of grey and just when it looks like it may not stick it’s landing, delivers a truly excellent last scene. But this is Frances McDormand’s film who delivers one of the best performances of her very storied career. It’s not an easy watch, will have you crying with laughter one moment then sadness the next BUT this is a true low key tour deforce from everyone involved. A must see.
Best Bit: The ending
