Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation (2015) – A Rewatched Quick Capsule Review

Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation has a series of super solid action sequences, Tom Cruise delivering peak Tom Cruise and yet another mission that sees the MI team being ‘rogue’. So why is this not quite as good as Ghost Protocol or MI3? Simply… just sometimes you can get too much of a good thing and Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation feels like a really long film that, shockingly, does drag at times.  There is a lot of action here and, to be honest, it could have lost the 3rd recreation of the original Langley heist.  So still good, still worth a rewatch but not an essential Mission: Impossible film.

Best Bit: The plane

Worth A Rewatch: Yes.  It’s still fun.

If You Liked this Try: Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, Mission: Impossible 3, Mission: Impossible
