Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
A documentary about a deadly (as in a an actual place where people died) theme park in New Jersey may not seem like the most fun you can have across 90 minutes but actually Class Action Park is a really entertaining look at what happens when ego, ideas (probably drugs) and a lack of legislation combined to create a place that is both brilliant and lethal. As much a reflection on what it was like being a kid on the 80’s as it is a story about the theme park, Class Action Park will make you wish for the days where kids wouldn’t grace there knee and jump back on teh ride rather than on instagram and to their lawyers.
