Train to Busan (2016) – A Quick Capsule Review

Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
In a near double bill with Girl With All The Gifts, Train To Busan more than held its own. The Korean action horror delivers on shocks, thrills and spills and puts to shame even recent episodes of The Walking Dead with characters you care for in imaginative and often tragic situations.  It’s not even about the gore (the film has some but nothing compared with it’s TV cousin) as the film pounds relentlessly forward with hardly a moment left to catch your breath. Brilliant.

Best Bit: Tunnels

Buy, Stream, Avoid: Dawn of The Dead, 28 Days Later, The Girl With All The Gifts

If You Liked this Try: 28 Days Later, Dawn Of The Dead (2004), Snowpiercer, The Girl With All The Gifts
