Star Wars: The Mandalorian Chapter 9 (2020) – A Quick Capsule TV Review

Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
It’s back! A year on and Star War’s hottest property returns with … well more of the same.  Yup Season 2 of The Mandalorian doesn’t stray far from what made the first run of episodes so memorable and that isn’t a bad thing but its also returns with some of the same challenges also – the pacing is a bit off, it’s a little too reliant on it’s quest based missions, Tatooine AGAIN and the digital locations aren’t always as seamless as you’d want. That said this is still a good episode – full of fun easter eggs, a welcome new addition to the Star Wars cannon in Timothy Olyphant’s Marshall and a fascinating tease for what COULD be coming. So in short – it’s great to have The Mandalorian back and it’s still some of the best modern Star Wars ever produced.

Best Bit: That ending/cameo/character.
