Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
Onward may not be Pixar at its finest film but it’s still a whole lot of charming fun.  The degree of difference here is seeing fantastical creatures in a similar to our world – yup they may be elves but they have mobiles, cars and fast food joints.  As you’d expect the animation is first class as is the voice acting from Marvel’s own Tom Holland and Chris Pratt whilst it’s great to see Pixar creating a new world other than going back too visit ones they’ve been in before. In short Onward is loads of fun but probably won’t hang around as long as other Pixar films.
