Indiana Jones and the Temple Of Doom (1984) – A Quick Capsule Review

Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
Temple Of Doom has always been much maligned as one of Spielberg’s weakest films.  Don’t listen to them! Whilst Temple Of Doom maybe be the weakest of the original trilogy it’s far from being a bad film.  In fact rewatching it after all these years it’s surprising just hope much fun it is (even with its considerable darkness and yup questionable politics).  Yes its violent, yes its dark and yes its probably not for kids (even if when I was rewatching this it was with my 9year old daughter!) BUT Temple Of Doom is the perfect prequel sequel.
