The Domestics (2018) – A Quick Capsule Review
Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
Late runner for best Independent of the film, The Domestics is a cracking post apocalypse (Kinda) action road trip film that owes a debt to Mad Max, Escape From LA and The Road but with a bit more violence and pulp. It’s nothing new but what it does it does really well and when the violence and blood hits it hits really well. Boswell is good as it Hoechlin (TV’s Superman) and the direction keeps the film moving at pace. Really enjoyed this one.
