Hush – A Quick Capsule Review

Phil’s Quick Capsule Review:
For some reason some critics take offense at Blumhouse’s paired down high concept horror films.  I don’t. For the most part I’ve enjoyed the hell out of them and Hush is yet another hit.  Effectively a home invasion film with a twist, Hush takes it’s concept and runs with it leaving us with a creepy, tense and often violent film.  The effects are great, the performances strong and the script stays on the right side of silly.  Highly enjoyable.
